I visit the OB/GYN occasionally for vaginitis, but I was tired of switching clinics every time because local hospitals often over-treat and are unfriendly. After much deliberation, I decided to make an appointment and visit based on the good reviews, just in case. I was satisfied right away because I received a consultation and was informed of the fees before seeing the doctor, and I was treated kindly without any unnecessary treatments. Since it is an appointment-based system, I was able to visit in a comfortable atmosphere without any waiting.
I met with Dr. Song Seung-yeon, and she was young and welcomed me with a smile, which put me at ease. She explained everything in detail, and when I asked her questions, she explained things while looking at the computer so that I could easily understand. It was the most satisfying visit I have made to an OB/GYN clinic so far.
