When I asked why they didn't explain it from the beginning, they said their system is to provide the information if you visit in person.
I definitely didn't hear anything about this when I inquired about the experience rate during the reservation. I'm quite taken aback that they say it's not possible after coming all the way from so far away.
It is quite baffling that this location is different from the others, even though it is the same Blivi Clinic. Since not all Blivi Clinics are the same, please keep this in mind. When visiting the Hongdae branch, you should ask detailed questions about various things to avoid hearing anything different. I think I waited for about an hour after washing my face.
