Maypure Guui Station Branch, requesting a change to ineffective skin treatments

I have been going almost once a week since the end of last December to remove freckles and blemishes.
I have had Pico Toning 10 times and IPL 4 times up until today. I have been going consistently for almost 3 months, but in my opinion, I haven't seen much effect.
When I mentioned during my visit today that it wasn't working, you recommended a different laser treatment instead of the Pico Toning and IPL I had before... I mean... You should have recommended an effective laser from the start during the consultation...
The laser treatment you recommended today is done once every three months, and they said it also requires multiple sessions. I can't tell right away today if it's effective, either...
