It is a hospital I always trust and visit whenever my child is sick.
Above all, the doctors are truly kind, and I always feel reassured seeing how they provide meticulous care tailored to the children's level!!
My satisfaction with the medical care is always high because you answer my parents' frequent questions in detail without showing any signs of annoyance.

However, determining the first impression of the hospital
The service from the desk staff is quite disappointing.
Even during off-peak hours, the staff consistently maintain an indifferent attitude. When there is a long line, they don't pay attention to patients waiting outside, so I often miss my turn. This is quite frustrating.

I continue to visit thanks to the director's kindness, but,
I think the desk staff should be replaced if possible.
