Gangseo-gu's Kkachisan Topbon Clinic is popular for its free manual therapy.

It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this is the busiest clinic near Kkachisan Station; if you go without an appointment, it feels like it takes about an hour just to see the doctor. I even wondered if it really takes that long for a sick person to see one. The doctors and nurses are all very kind, and it seems like they have a lot of the latest equipment for physical therapy. That is actually the reason I switched here; I had tests done at another hospital and the physical therapy wasn't very good. I tried the renal fluid therapy for the first time, and it was fascinating. I even got the detailed bill and looked it up online. I think many people go here because of the free manual therapy. It varies depending on the practitioner, but even though it isn't long, it feels like getting a massage, which is nice. I really praise this place, thinking that this is exactly how a neighborhood clinic should be.
