I guess I've been holding onto my mouse and phone too much lately. My wrists have been tingling, and I was eventually diagnosed with tendonitis. ㅜㅜ After my last visit, I went to Jeon Nong-Tun Anesthesia and Pain Medicine Department for extracorporeal shock wave therapy for management purposes. I went when there weren't many people, so I was able to get in right away after registering. This time, too, the doctor examined my wrist very carefully. He asked detailed questions about things like where the pain was tender and when the pain got worse. He also explained things calmly, which put my mind at ease. It's not that there's no pain at all, but it's bearable, and the treatment time isn't long, so it wasn't too burdensome. Right after the treatment, there's a bit of heaviness, but it's similar to the sore muscles the day after exercising.
