It seems like only yesterday that I first visited this hospital with a cold on its opening day, but now I've been a loyal customer for years, even getting regular checkups. I started out casually because it was a local clinic, but now it's become a place my whole family trusts and goes to. Above all, the director is still as kind as ever, so I feel happy and at ease every time I go. The director's characteristically gruff voice was impressive at first, but as I listened to him, I realized we have similar personalities, and I grew even more attached to him. He always explains everything clearly and only when necessary.

Especially when I was suffering from severe stomach problems, you treated me properly, and my stomach is now feeling much better.
