This is my first dermatology experience at Jung Dermatology Clinic in Jungnang-gu.
I think the reason I ended up visiting a dermatologist is probably similar for others as well.
I think it is precisely the age when students start to mature little by little.
I think the biggest concern everyone faces is acne, a skin condition.
It doesn't look the same to everyone, and the feeling is very different, so some people go to a dermatologist, some simply apply medication, and it seems there were some who didn't need to worry about it at all.
In my case, it wasn't severe enough to require medication, and I didn't think it was extremely bad, but since it was the form of small bumps, I could feel my face changing.
I had just been living without doing any particular treatment, but I think I visited Jeong Dermatology Clinic in Jungnang-gu after being advised to visit a dermatologist at least once.
My condition wasn't such that I could pop the acne, nor did I have a strong determination to get treatment; however, even at a young age, I think I did have doubts about whether it was right to go to the hospital when I wasn't sick.
Usually, when we think of a hospital, we think of a place we go when we are sick, right?
So, I think I was a little nervous due to the fear the hospital itself brings and the strange feeling of going even though I wasn't sick.
However, surprisingly, I was able to go with a relaxed mind.
The medical staff made me feel very comfortable, and I saw a lot of students my age.
Rather than receiving a simple consultation and meeting for treatment, I returned home after hearing a brief opinion that adjusting my lifestyle habits and foods to be careful about seemed better for the time being.
I think that was the turning point that made my aversion to dermatology not as strong as it was to dentistry.
