I received treatment from Dr. Kyung Hak-soo. I was very apprehensive about coming in and undergoing the procedure, but the director explained everything in detail and helped me understand, putting my worries to rest.
Even during the procedure, the doctor told the patient a lot of things to make sure he or she was comfortable and asked about any pain or discomfort he or she was experiencing.
I had the procedure done yesterday and came in today to have the eye patch removed. Aside from a little soreness at night when I was sleeping, I didn't have any significant pain. After removing the eye patch today, I still had the same slight pain as yesterday.
He said that I should be more careful for the next week or so and that I should focus on my eyes in everything for about a month.
The nurses and the examiners were all kind and reassuring, making me feel at ease. As someone who needs to have another eye surgery, this was a huge relief.
