I had my first session with Levinas. My concerns were dull skin tone, residual blemishes, and occasional redness. During the consultation, the director assessed my skin type (dry combination, sensitive) and devised a plan that would start with a low energy level and gradually increase it. The treatment involved washing my face, applying a cooling gel, scanning my entire face in toning mode, and then focusing the energy on areas with more noticeable blemishes with spot treatments. The pain was minimal, with a nurse monitoring my skin's reaction and providing cooling throughout the procedure, minimizing discomfort. I experienced mild redness and tightness immediately after the procedure, but these subsided within two to three hours, and I was able to apply makeup the next day without major disruption to my daily routine. Within a week, my skin had brightened overall, and the roughness around my pores had diminished. Fine blemishes also began to fade by the second or third session. What I particularly appreciated was that the hospital transparently recorded the number of shots, energy, and spot area per session. They also provided aftercare, including a soothing ampoule and an additional 10 minutes of low-power LED light to aid recovery. The waiting area and treatment room were clean, and the staff provided specific tips for sensitive skin care (regulating the frequency of washing, using lukewarm water, and avoiding irritating exfoliation), which instilled trust.
