Spinal Cord Compression Recovery Review by Dr. Lee Jae-seong

I once fell off my bike while walking down the street, and my back hurt so much after that that I went to the hospital. When I went to the hospital, I was diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis, as if my spinal cord had been compressed due to the accident. After receiving various treatments, my back got a lot better. Before that, I couldn't move, but after going to the hospital, I got much better to the point where I could go about my daily life. They said I also had a herniated cervical disc, so I received various treatments for that as well. They said it would take a long time to fully recover, so I received consistent rehabilitation treatment and they taught me recovery methods that I could practice in my daily life, such as not sitting for long periods of time and stretching in between.
