Dr. Jaimdanghan shares his experience relieving residual knee pain after a car accident.

I came here two weeks ago to address persistent knee pain following a car accident. Immediately after the accident, I thought everything was fine, but even after some time, a stabbing pain persisted when going up and down stairs or walking for long periods of time, so I wanted to get proper advice. The director personally checked my joint movement and muscle tone and explained the cause of the pain in detail, which put my mind at ease. Since it wasn't a simple bruise, but rather tension in the surrounding muscles and ligaments, she recommended acupuncture and cupping along with myofascial release. She started by applying a warm compress to loosen the stiff muscles, followed by acupuncture and cupping to stimulate blood flow. Finally, she gently massaged the stiff areas around my knee with her hands. This therapy was particularly satisfying, as it felt refreshing and the pain gradually eased. Immediately afterward, I felt a slight heaviness and tightness, but it didn't interfere with walking or my daily activities.

After about a day, the pain was noticeably less severe, and I was surprised to find that climbing stairs was almost free of the tingling sensation I used to experience. Seeing such improvement after just one treatment was so frustrating that I regretted putting up with it all. I'm looking forward to a few more consistent treatments, as I believe I'll fully recover. The pain was stressful, but receiving a professional diagnosis and treatment was truly satisfying.
