My freckles got darker after the laser treatment ㅜㅜ

I once had laser treatment to remove freckles. I didn't take care of them afterward, but my skin was in great condition for a while afterward.

A friend of mine who heard my story got laser treatment to get rid of her freckles. And that was over 10 years later... Since she's not the same age as back then, her satisfaction level is obviously different. She said it got rid of her freckles, but she never said anything about her freckles ㅜㅜ Anyway, after getting the laser treatment and a while of waiting... she complained that her freckles had gotten darker. I didn't notice it when I saw her, but she seemed really upset. Well, if I hadn't noticed much of a difference after getting the treatment... I wouldn't have been satisfied with the treatment. Since she decided to get the treatment after hearing what I said... I feel a strange sense of responsibility, so I'm looking into whether there's a way to get better.

I got the procedure done at a dermatology clinic in Gangnam, but I don't know if I should go back to that hospital and ask for another procedure or if I should look for another place.
