This is "Ansan Gynecology", an obstetrics and gynecology clinic that has been around for over 20 years, even when I was in middle school.
It's an obstetrics and gynecology clinic with a really long history!
The cursor is a hospital I used to often go to for treatment of vaginitis!
I heard that I could get a comprehensive checkup today, so I went to get one^^
first
The location is right outside exit 7 of Gireum Station.
It was really convenient because it was right outside the station.
Ansan Gynecology is a medical institution designated by the National Health Insurance Corporation, so in addition to general checkups, you can also get cervical cancer and breast cancer screenings! It's convenient because you can get all your gynecological exams done in one visit.
Clinic hours
Mon-Fri 09:00-20:00 (Break time: 13:00-14:00)
Sat 09:00-14:00
It's open until 8pm on weekdays, so it's good to go after work.
I looked it up on the internet and it said that reservations can be made via KakaoTalk.
So I inquired and was told that I couldn't get a health checkup at the industrial complex at any time and that I had to call in advance to check if the day I wanted was available.
So I called and asked.
I called and told them I was getting a comprehensive checkup. I would like to have breast and thyroid ultrasounds done as well, so only Monday and Thursday are possible. They said they would do it.
And they asked if I had ever had a breast exam before. They said that since I had a small lump in my breast, it would be better if I brought the results of the exam.
Since the checkup included a blood test the day before, I fasted from the evening before.
The building looks old from the outside, but the interior appears to have been recently remodeled. I hadn't been here recently, but the remodeling was really neat and nice.
Ansan Gynecology Clinic The 2nd floor has various centers/examination rooms, the 3rd floor is the industrial complex health checkup center, and the 5th and 6th floors are comprised of hospital rooms and employee cafeterias!
I came to the 3rd floor for a health checkup.
As you can see from the photos, the atmosphere is really nice. It was cozy and comfortable!! I really liked that.
Before ultrasound I gave the counselor the results of the health checkup I had last year that I had mentioned during my previous appointment, and she said she would return it to me later.
The ultrasound took about 15 minutes! And the rest of the checkup was over quickly.
The physical examination, including vision, blood, and height, was as smooth as other examination centers!
Only the X-ray room felt a bit old haha. I guess this is the only place that hasn't been remodeled enough.
After the examination, I heard the results from the doctor. Fortunately, the number of visible breasts did not increase and they did not get any bigger, so I was told that it was okay. They said that I should come back for a follow-up examination in six months.
They carefully reviewed the results of the test I took last year and asked if there were any other inconveniences. It was better than I expected.
And above all Get a general checkup at the same time as your gynecological checkup It was very convenient in that I could do it all!!
(But you have to go to the dentist separately)
I recommend Ansan Obstetrics and Gynecology to anyone who lives nearby and wants to get a checkup ^^
