Is there a place that specializes in treating ingrown toenails?

I don't have a severe ingrown toenail, but I do have a slight one.

It's not always pressed.

There is a moment when I feel a slight pressure on my thumbnail and start to feel uncomfortable.

If you look it up on the internet, ingrown toenail surgery seems really scary.

It's not enough to warrant a procedure...

Is there any place you could recommend among people like me?
