Semi-permanent eyelash line tattooing... Is it called tattooing? I had it done, but over time it has faded.

The lines don't look neat anymore..

Since it's related to the eye... I thought it wouldn't be good to go anywhere randomly...

Please recommend a place you've personally visited and received treatment at that does a good job ^^
