Where is a good place to get eyebrow tattooing?

As I get older, my eyebrows fall out more and the area becomes narrower, so I have to draw my eyebrows even if I don't wear other makeup to go out. Drawing my eyebrows every morning is very cumbersome, and on days I start to draw them poorly, it's hard to do it properly, which makes me feel uneasy all day long ㅜㅜ It's not like anyone is just looking at my eyebrows... Some people say they got eyebrow tattooing at a hospital, while others say they did it at a regular shop. The preconception that hospitals are safer is just a stereotype, right?
