Is it common to develop lumps on the face after getting Sculptra?

I became interested in Sculptra because my face has lost volume. I like the fact that it can naturally restore volume, but I am a little hesitant after reading about the side effects.

In particular, I saw a post saying that small lumps or bumps may form under the skin after the procedure, so I was wondering if this symptom occurs commonly.

I heard that massage is also important after the procedure, so I would like to know if it is okay if I follow the care instructions provided by the hospital.

Has anyone who has actually received Sculptra experienced discomfort such as lumps or nodules? 

I am also curious to know how long the bruising or swelling lasted after the procedure and how you managed the aftercare.
