A method to slightly overcome palpitations caused by panic disorder
Whenever my heart races because of panic disorder, I feel truly overwhelmed and scared.
I also had many moments like that.
Whenever that happens, I want to reduce my panic disorder and heart palpitations even a little.
I tried various methods in my own way.
Of course, I couldn't eliminate it completely, but I think these methods helped a little bit nonetheless.

Once my heart started pounding like crazy, I tried to breathe deeply and as slowly as possible.
Breathe in slowly through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth.
At first, I wondered if this really worked, but as I kept at it, I started to feel my heart pounding a little less.
I felt at least a sense of stability because I had the feeling that I could control this situation a little.
Also, panic disorder and heart palpitations
By wetting your hands with cold water or splashing water on your face
I tried to calm my racing heart, even if just for a moment.
When cold water touches me, I feel a sudden jolt of alertness, and my heartbeat gradually calms down.
And at that time, feeling the texture by touching objects around you also helped.
This really helps me to come back to the present.
Honestly, I can't completely eliminate panic disorder and heart palpitations, but...
I could feel myself gradually improving by trying even small methods like this.
I think what's important is having the belief that I can somehow overcome this situation.
As that faith grew, I gradually improved.
