(Question) Are there any supplements or effective methods to improve sleep quality?

I have been nocturnal and insomniac since childhood, so I haven't been able to sleep properly.

Perhaps that is why I suffer from chronic fatigue, have severe dark circles, and seem irritable.
I am forced to sleep to function in society, but I couldn't fall asleep, so I even tried drinking alcohol, but
My health is gradually deteriorating, so lately I’ve been going to work sleeplessly without drinking. Because of this, I am extremely tired, and it feels like I am even suffering from a nervous breakdown.
Are there any supplements or effective solutions to improve sleep quality?
I was told not to do strenuous exercise before bed, so I haven't exercised and have tried not to look at my phone as much as possible, just lying down, but I still can't fall asleep.
How did others fix this situation?

    불면증이 심한단계네요 술까지 드신거 보면요 흔히 생각하는 멜라토닌 영양제는 단발적으로 하루 이틀 수면 시간 조정할때 짧게 먹는거지 불면증에 적합한 영양제는 아닙니다. 지금 상태는 제가볼때는 정신과 가서 상담 한번 받아봐야할것 같아요. 수면제 처방 받아서 당분간 좀 드십시오
