너무 심하시면 병원의 도움을 받는것도 좋아요 규치적인 생활 습관도 중요하네요
Insomnia is making my daily life difficult. Is there a better way besides medication?
I've had insomnia for a really long time.
I don't know why, but these days my insomnia is the worst~ ㅠㅠ
If you look at the checklist
-Of course, it takes more than 30 minutes to fall asleep, no, it often takes more than 3 hours.
-I'm making my own efforts to get a good night's sleep.
I intentionally walk as much as possible (to burn energy) and don't drink alcohol. I've never taken sleeping pills before.
I heard that it's good to shower with warm water before going to bed, so I tried that method, but it didn't work that well...
I heard that melatonin is good for sleep, so I looked up reviews of the ingredients and the high purchase ranking, bought it, and tried it, but it didn't have much of an effect.
The side effects of melatonin are a nightmare, and I have nightmares so often that I don't take it anymore.
-Catch up on the sleep you lost on the holiday... Didn't everyone sleep a lot?
-You sleep better when you change your sleeping position. I was a bit surprised when I saw this.
I sleep well when I travel abroad;; I think it's because I have a lot of things to do when I go abroad..
-If you wake up in the middle of the night, check the clock to see how much you slept.
When I wake up in the middle of the night, I calculate how many hours I slept.
I'm surprised this is also a symptom of insomnia. I always calculate. I thought everyone was like that.
I've never woken up from sleep. Once I fall asleep, I either sleep through the night or wake up once and then two or three times.
-Of course, I'm always sleepy during the day, and after lunch, I often fall asleep because of the food coma.
Instead, I dream almost every day, but I don't remember them very well.
I tried to remember as soon as I woke up, but I couldn't.
The last point is a bit vague. My wake-up time is always similar, but on days when I wake up earlier than usual, I can't fall back to sleep no matter how hard I try.
Because I can't sleep well, my daily life is difficult.
First of all, the next day is so tiring. It's not just for a day or two, it's constant, so I yawn all day, always tired, and my energy level is low.
And on holidays, I sleep in all the time, skipping meals and just sleeping.
Because of that, I couldn't even eat properly.
I'm organically in shambles because of sleep... This is why I think sleep is really important.
People around me often tell me to just take sleeping pills or sleep-inducing drugs, but I'm worried that once I start relying on drugs, I'll forget how to fall asleep on my own for the rest of my life... or that I'll eventually not be able to fall asleep without them...
What are some ways to improve insomnia?
Or is medication the only answer and do I really need to go to the hospital?
I'm curious to know how people overcome insomnia without medication!!
I also want to say, "I closed my eyes and opened them and it was morning."
