정말 너무 황당한 경험이네요ㅠㅠ 예약의 의미가 없고 대기도 길다니... 시간과 돈이 너무너무 아까우셨을 것 같아요

I've been using this place for almost 10 years since before the building was relocated. But I don't think I'll visit again now...
Even if I make a reservation, the wait time is usually at least 30 minutes, so I always wondered why they accept reservations. Yesterday, I had to wait over an hour;; They promoted that the environment had improved after moving to a new building, so I had high expectations, but haha... it wasn't really the case?
Conversely, the payment process is very quick^^ It feels almost as if the reservation time is the payment time.
When I moved to receive the procedure after making the payment, anesthetic cream was applied to my face, and afterward, I was put on indefinite standby.
It would have been better if they had applied it in order, but the anesthesia cream gradually melted and flowed, and some people even fell asleep while waiting. There was even no simple patient queue sign, so I wondered if the waiting order was properly maintained.
When I asked how much longer I would have to wait since it has been 40 minutes past my appointment time, I was told that my chart has not yet been sent to the medical team haha... So why has the anesthesia cream I applied to my face been on for 40 minutes???
In the end, the doctor came in briefly, said "just a moment," then left and didn't come back. By this point, I couldn't wait any longer haha. I was so angry that I ended up requesting a refund and leaving ^^
I had to pay for parking separately... I feel very upset wasting my precious weekend timeㅠ

대기시간 1시간 넘는 건 너무 심하네요.. 예약 의미가 없는 수준인데, 결제만 빠르다는 게 더 어이없음;; 마취 크림 바른 채로 40분 대기라니 기본 시스템이 너무 엉망이네요. 진료 순서도 엉망이면 고객 관리가 제대로 안 되는 듯.. 이런 곳은 다신 안 가는 게 답인 듯합니다ㅠㅠ

마취크림도 시간이지나면 효과없을뗀데 초보도아니고 넘하네요 저같아도 다신안갈거같네요 같은시간대에 많은사람들을 받은거같네요 상술이 보여요

광고에 많이 나온 곳이면 방문자가 어마어마할것 같아요 그런곳은 예약해도 기다려야 하더라구요 예약을 촘촘히 받아서 그런가봐요

너무 별로셨나봐요. 예약을 했는데도 왜 이렇게 많이 기다렸을까요 보통 예약하면 예약 시간에 해주던데요

무기한 대기 ㅡㅡ;;;; 예약을 하는이유가 없어졌는데요 마취크림을 빨리 바를 이유가 없었는데 기분이 안좋셨겟어요 심지어 40분째 마취크림이 유지라라,,, 피부가 힘들었겟어요 ;;;;;
