저도 아무리 살쪄도 배는 안나오더니 나이드니까 나오기 시작하더라구요 경험상 뱃살에 제일 효과본건 아침에 공복으로 빠른 걸음으로 걷거나 뛰는 거였어요. 물론 식사 조절도 하면 좋지요.

I've heard a lot that people tend to gain a lot of weight around menopause.
Once I started gaining weight, I felt very suffocated and experienced many uncomfortable feelings.
I also get a lot of stress, more than other parts.
Especially around the abdomen, I have too much fat and don't know what to do.
I'm 고민됩니다. Even though I say I work out hard, I just can't seem to get in.
I can't see any blemishes and don't know what to do. I wonder if I lack willpower and perseverance.
