Is LASIK or LASEK possible even if my eyesight is very poor?

These are eyes that appear blurry when you take off your glasses.

In the past, LASIK was possible during an eye exam, but the recovery was slower, the effects were minimal, and it would quickly deteriorate again.

You recommend lens insertion... Is that the only method available?
