Inquiry about removal of foreign substances from facial fat grafting

I had fat grafting a long time ago, and it became lumpy. I used AccuSculpt laser as a removal method... Despite the simple explanation, it was like a surgical procedure, with swelling and pulling on the face, and I stayed at home for about a month after the removal surgery, but there was no effect at all... The fat remains clumped as before. I think I received about 100 AccuSculpt injections, but still no effect. Recently, I also underwent several InMode treatments, but the fundamental issue wasn't resolved. I believe surgery is necessary for removal.
