Pustular acne? Curious about management.

As my menstrual date approaches, my facial skin tends to become more sensitive. However, these days, whenever I travel to a different area, my skin reacts as if it's being detoxified, turning upside down.

Whenever I press or touch, painful pimples? Pimples? or similar things appear on my forehead, temple, or chin area.

It hurts like it's swollen and puffy, and I wonder if I should manage this regularly or just go straight to a dermatologist. Do others just wait until it subsides?
