The moles on my face and neck that I had removed a few years ago have reappeared. What kind of procedure should I get?

A few years ago, I had moles on my face and neck removed with a laser.
It seemed like it had completely disappeared back then, but as time passed, it started coming back up, and now it looks almost like it used to.

In particular, the mole on my face is bothersome because it is subtly visible even with makeup, and the mole on my neck has also become noticeable again, which is stressful. I am also wondering if it is okay to receive the same laser treatment again for a mole that has reappeared after being removed once, or if it needs to be removed using a different method.

Has anyone had a mole removed once, but had it grow back and received a re-procedure?
I am asking because I am curious about what procedure you received and how many sessions were needed to see results. Please also let me know if there are any points I should check when choosing a clinic!

색소가 얕게 남은 정도면 예전 레이저로 다시 제거할 수 있지만, 피부 안쪽에 뿌리가 남아 있으면 한 번에 안 빠지고 2~3회 이상 나눠서 하는 경우도 있더라구요. 예전보다 점이 커진 경우라면 레이저부터 정하기보다 피부 깊이랑 모양을 먼저 보는 게 좋고, 빼고 난 뒤에는 딱지를 억지로 떼지 않고 자외선 차단을 꾸준히 하는 게 색소침착, 회복에 도움이 될 수 있어요.

점을 뺀 자리에 다시 색이나 병변이 올라왔다면 단순히 재발한 점인지, 다른 피부 병변인지 먼저 확인하는 게 중요하다고 해요. 같은 레이저로 다시 제거하는 경우도 있지만 점의 깊이나 위치, 모양에 따라 방법이 달라질 수 있어서 피부과에서 진료받고 결정하는 게 좋을 것 같아요. 모양이나 색이 예전과 달라졌다면 제거 전에 꼭 확인해보는 게 좋겠네요.
