If I have a lot of blemishes, do I absolutely have to do Pico Toning multiple times?

Lately, I've been noticing small blemishes on my face.
I'm looking into Pico Toning.

However, the number of times received varied so much in every review that it actually got confusing.

Someone said they only received it a few times.
Because some people say they manage it consistently.

It is said that it can vary depending on the type or depth of pigmentation and skin condition.
I don't think you should make a plan based solely on the number of times.
