How should I describe the face I want when getting a plastic surgery consultation?

While I was thinking about plastic surgery
It was actually difficult to explain in words what kind of face I wanted.

Asking for a pretty face seems too vague, too.
I think showing a photo of a specific celebrity would also look different from my face.
