Won't it get infected if I get the procedure done in the summer?

I want to remove a mole from my face.

I need to get the procedure done during the kids' summer vacation.

Or I'm wondering if I should put it off until winter break.

My skin is sensitive, and on top of that...

I sweat a lot in the summer, too.

I'm also worried about whether it will heal properly.

For those of you who had moles removed this summer, how was it?

I'm also curious if it was really itchy after the procedure.
