Can chronic back acne be managed at home? Is dermatological treatment necessary?
My biggest concern is back acne. The pimples and red marks that pop up almost every day make me self-conscious when getting dressed, and I lose confidence especially when going to the bathhouse or swimming pool. My skin is rough, and my back looks like I've gained weight, so my worries about my appearance are growing.
I have been consistently using body washes and home care products, but I am frustrated because there has been no significant change in the hardened pigmentation or scars. Since it is on my back, it is difficult to manage because it is hard to reach, and I feel like it is becoming chronic. Because of this, I have been hesitating about whether to visit a dermatologist, but as time passes, it seems to be getting worse.
Are there any ampoules or professional treatments that might be helpful for chronic back acne like mine? I would appreciate home care tips, and I am also curious about experiences with treatments available at clinics. I would like to share information with others who are struggling with back acne.
