What treatment is effective for pitted acne scars?

I have oily skin, so I tend to get a lot of acne and breakouts.
So I have a lot of acne marks and pitted scars, and it bothers me a lot.
What kind of procedure would be best for this type of scar?
I have had Fraxel treatments a few times in the past.
I didn't get the feeling that it improved dramatically.
It seems like you get a lot of Jubelook treatments; I'm curious about the effects.
