I want to raise my nose bridge. Are there any procedures other than fillers?

My nose bridge is low, making my face look flat. I am interested in fillers because I heard they raise it immediately, but I am worried about the hassle of getting them periodically and potential side effects.

I am wondering if there are other simple procedures besides fillers that can semi-permanently raise the bridge of the nose. Would thread lifting or other methods be effective? I am seeking advice from those with experience regarding whether there are procedures that last longer or are safer than fillers.
