Do people still get eyeliner tattoos these days?

Drawing eyeliner every morning is such a hassle. I don't even have enough time to get ready, so I'm wondering if I should get eyeliner tattoos....

By the way, do people still get eyeliner tattoos these days? I'm worried that if it goes wrong, I might look older or look tacky.
