Are the side effects of abdominal liposuction significant?

While dieting, I lost some weight in my face and shoulder line.

I just can't seem to lose belly fat.

I do have some thigh fat, but since leg fat can be hidden if I cover it up, I'm not that worried about it; however, my belly fat seems to be getting bigger and bigger.

I saw them performing liposuction before, and they kept inserting and withdrawing the tube a lot.

I’m really interested because there is someone around me who said they lost a lot of size after getting belly liposuction, but that video I saw before was a bit shocking, so I can’t easily make a decision.

Is there also a risk of organ damage?

I do want to give it a try, but I'm really conflicted.
