My nostrils are too wide. Is there a procedure to reduce them?

My nose isn't that big, and the bridge is low, too.

But the sides of the nose where the nostrils are are wide. They also seem big.

I try to apply shading while doing my makeup, but I feel like my nose is getting bigger and bigger.

My nostrils seem to be getting bigger and wider, so my overall impression feels like it's spreading out as well.

Is there a procedure to reduce the size of the nostrils? I'm curious if it's done with injections or surgery.
