Does the Pico laser really work for blemishes and melasma?
2026.05.22 09:17
Lately, every time I look in the mirror, I am getting increasingly bothered by blemishes and light melasma, so I am considering Pico Laser.
I also consulted with a dermatologist, and they recommended it, saying that it breaks down pigments into smaller pieces than conventional lasers, resulting in faster recovery and better effects.
But when I look at reviews, some people say their skin tone brightened up after just one or two sessions, while others say they didn't notice much difference even after multiple treatments, so I'm conflicted.
I am especially worried because I heard that if you mess with melasma incorrectly, it can actually get darker.
Has anyone had a pico laser treatment?
