(Question) Do you have any tips or know-how for choosing a good dermatologist?
I am looking into a dermatologist to get some skin care and properly treat the breakouts that keep popping up.
There are tons of hospitals in the neighborhood, but now that I actually have to go, I have absolutely no idea which one is good. When I look at review apps or blogs, they all seem like advertisements, so I don't trust them, and I'm worried that if I go to the wrong place, I might just end up getting scammed into an expensive package.
Do you have your own criteria or tips for choosing a truly skilled dermatology clinic that doesn't over-treat? I would appreciate it if you could let me know if visiting a clinic run by a board-certified dermatologist is always the answer, or if there are any criteria for avoiding bad clinics!
