(Question) Is there no permanent cure for finger eczema?

Every year around this time, I get eczema on every joint and the sides of my fingers, and it drives me crazy.

At first, I get one or two, but later it becomes itchy and blistered. Just when I think it's getting better, the skin peels off and bleeds. Applying the ointment I get from the hospital only helps temporarily, but if I stop the medication or wash my hands more often, it inevitably recurs.

Is this a chronic condition I have to live with for the rest of my life? If anyone has completely eradicated eczema, please share some care methods or tips. It really stresses me out every time I look at my hands...
