(Question) Is laser treatment effective for the reform method?

I have keloid-prone skin, so I am very hesitant to undergo any procedures or surgery. I am particularly looking into various treatment methods for the scar that formed after my appendicitis surgery. Recently, I came across a low-pain laser treatment called the Reform Laser for treating keloid scars and post-surgical scars. I am curious to know how effective this treatment is for those who have actually received it. I would like to know if the treatment can be performed on scars that have been there for some time, how much pain is involved during the procedure, and how many sessions are required to see results.
