(Question) What treatments are available for back acne?

My face is completely clear with no acne, but I always get severe acne only on my back. I try to manage it by showering, washing my hair and body thoroughly, exfoliating, and even wearing cotton clothes, but nothing works. Since there are limits to self-care, I am wondering if there are any treatments available for back acne. I’d love to hear reviews from people who have actually undergone back acne treatments.
