(Question) Keloids! Is an eyeliner tattoo okay?

I have keloid-prone skin, so I am worried about any procedures or surgeries. That is why I haven't had any plastic surgery. Even after appendicitis surgery, the surgical site became infected, and I had to visit the hospital because of it; my keloids were that severe. That led me to become interested in eyeliner tattoos. Given my keloid-prone skin, would it be okay to get an eyeliner tattoo? Are there any side effects? For those of you with a keloid predisposition who have received tattoo-related procedures—such as eyebrow tattoos or other treatments—besides eyeliner, please let me know if it was okay.
