Body Fat Decomposition (PTING) Fitting Lifting Review
I'm leaving a review after receiving ultrashortwave fat dissolving lifting treatment while looking into diet hospitals.
I went there a while ago, and I'll write down the flow as I remember it.
When I first went there, parking was easier than I thought because the building had its own parking lot.
The interior of the hospital was bright overall with white and pink tones, and the head of the consultation room explained in detail everything I was curious about regarding Aajusa, Enfit injection, and PTING.
Rather than a very long, organized explanation, it felt like they were answering questions.
There was water and milk in the fridge, and I was a little hungry before the treatment, so I was secretly happy about it haha
I drank a glass of milk right after finishing the treatment.
I can't help but talk about weight. I gained 23kg during pregnancy, then lost 15kg after giving birth and gained 10kg again, so I weighed about 67kg on an empty stomach.
At the hospital, I weighed 68kg while wearing clothes, and a few days later, when I weighed myself in the bathroom, I weighed 65.7kg.
These figures are just as they were measured at the time.
Actually, I couldn't even think about exercising because my back and knees weren't feeling well.
My abdomen was also very swollen, and my body felt heavy overall due to giving birth and having a gallbladder removal surgery.
PTING management was done while lying in bed, and after applying oil or something like that to the abdomen, the machine management was performed.
I felt more like a warm sensation rather than hot, and it was more comfortable than I thought.
This way, I could just lie down and receive it, so it was definitely less of a burden.
I remember the management time was about 7 to 8 minutes.
It was a bit disappointing that it was short.
Other than that, I didn't feel like it was difficult because it felt like I was just lying down and it was over.
I don't know if there was a noticeable decrease in size or any noticeable changes right after the treatment, but I think it was pretty much the same at the time.
But after about 5 days and a week, I felt like the swelling in my abdomen had gone down a bit.
It's the same when you look at it with your eyes. My weight also decreased by about 2kg during that time.
I'm not sure if this is due to management or lifestyle.
These days, I haven't been exercising separately and I've just been trying not to eat dinner late.
It seemed like many people, not just those who are afraid of injections, were getting the Aajusana & Fit injection, and I just tried the PTING first.
I heard that it would be better if we did it together, but I only heard that for reference.
Since this is only my first experience, I think I will have to wait and see for a bit longer, and I think this type of management may feel different to each person.
