Is it possible to undergo a double chin procedure?

I'm not young...

Walking around with a mask covering up to the chin

Without a mask, I feel self-conscious about my double chin again...

I'm not particularly overweight, but I have a lot of fat around my chin..ㅠ

Is there such a thing as excision? Injection?
