    통증이 느껴지는 날엔 따뜻한 수건으로 15분 정도 온찜질 해주시면서 혈액순환 잘 되게 해주세요. 부상으로 인한 통증이 아니라서 찜질이랑 스트레칭 잘 하면 금방 회복되실 것 같아요.
