I once gained weight and then lost over 30 kilograms; I think I lost about 35 kilograms.
I lost weight with traditional Korean medicine, but I planned for about a year, and the Korean medicine clinic provided a three-meal diet plan.
I can't do it if you ask me to do it now, haha. I really only ate three meals according to that diet plan and didn't eat anything else at all.
Snacks and such, the diet consisted of egg whites, mackerel, carrot juice, lean meat, and seaweed soup. Now that I think about it, it seems to have been a protein-focused diet.
Thanks to that, I lost a lot of weight and also improved my eating habits.
Currently, I am not taking any medication to help with my health.
I am trying to exercise healthily and maintain healthy lifestyle habits.
