I think I haven't been able to sleep properly for the past 10 months.
There is nothing particularly wrong, but if I sleep around 11 p.m., I wake up between 3 and 4 a.m. and can't fall back asleep.
Even after sleeping and waking up, I don't feel refreshed and I feel tired every day.
Once, when I was really exhausted, I thought I could sleep well, so I overexerted myself with exercise and still couldn't sleep.
I woke up just the same and only felt more tiredㅜㅜ
Can traditional Korean medicine or acupuncture improve the quality of sleep?
