Is it a common side effect to experience a headache on the third day with Maunzaro?

I developed a headache on the third day of taking Maunza, so I am wondering if headaches are a common side effect. Please let me know how long it usually takes for the symptoms to subside, and how to assess the situation if the headache worsens or is accompanied by dizziness, blurred vision, vomiting, or a feeling of severe hypoglycemia. I would also appreciate it if you could tell me how much water I should drink when I have a headache, and whether it is okay to take over-the-counter painkillers.
