Curious about laser procedures

There is a fairly large wart on the back of my neck.

So, I'm considering whether to undergo laser treatment.

Warts have been there since birth, but at some point they grew and became quite large. They won't grow any further, but if you cut the back of your hair short, they become visible.

It's not necessarily something that has to be removed, but if it can be easily done with a laser, then it might be possible.
