I hate hearing that my face looks tired more than being asked if I've lost weight. Would a lifting procedure be effective?

The weight is almost the same, though.
Lately, I've been hearing that my face looks particularly tired.

I sleep well, too.
It’s like whenever I take a photo, everything from under my eyes to my jawline looks saggy.

So, even though I wonder if I need to lose more weight
I stopped because I thought losing more weight in my face would actually be counterproductive.

In this case, would it be better to look into lifting first rather than dieting?

Rather than my face getting smaller
I just hope it comes across as, "You look like you're in good condition today."

Noticeable changes are burdensome
I think it would be best if the change in the photo was subtle.
